Probably shakedown when she left port. If you notice the deck, there are no planes. Usually this only happens before entering port and up for a while after leaving port.

I like the picture of the F-14 coming over the flight deck (...I Hope!!..). That wingtip must of been 3 feet off the deck! What a picture.
