Does anyone know if there is an age cutoff for the fulltime academy. I think the state police is 34 but I wasnt sure about the local. Is it up to the individual town?

There is no age limit for the MPOC as long as you can pass the PAT test. I know that MSP has age limits and certain city's have age cut offs. We had a guy who was 45 and was a ass kicker. He was in great shape.

there is a 60 year old in the lowell academy, he had prior civil service but left for a number of years so they are making him redo the academy, there is also one person non civil service in there 50's and still running strong!
