Our union dont let us post our own thoughts on our own web sight because they monitor it. I had to use my friends pass word to post here. I find it funny that the board is paid for with money and we cant post on it only the eboard can. Our eboard must go, the latest I'v heard is that they are throwing the founder of our union, former president Dan O'Neil out of the union so he can not run next election. Although they dont have the grounds or the power to do so, and the fact big dan would crush them in court they are trying anyways. Now here is a guy that got us 29% in raises and a shit load of good language that we still fight to keep today and they make enemies with him instead of being friendly and maybe get help and advice. I can not believe they feel they can rob us of the freedom to vote for any candidate we want. The big problem is they know he will win. O'Neil was also a civil service commishioner that at one time got put under fire for being to fair to police officers/ the working man to often. I dont know but in the herald back then all his dissicions were upheld in court. Danny did not throw the first stone I dont think he even did anything to these people in our eboard. Just like the tact team members that where thrown out to I guesse. Every time this eboard makes a move it is negative. Remember the bad press we got last year due to them throwing the first stone. When O'Neil was in we got huge positive press I remember he was even on the news and a talk show making us look good. We had political power from every conor of the state house and thats fact. Ask anyone with more then 10 years in. Well I just posted this because I used to be a stewart back then and things were much much better then they are now. Stay safe brothers and sisters god bless your families and all of you.
