Just want to add my $.02!!! Pretty sad when someone who is supposed to be a professional law enforcement officer has to BASH the BOP/DOC. I've read a LOT of posts on this site lately, and it's pretty damn sad when one organization's employee has to criticize another. I personally respect all the various law enforcement officers whether its a patrolman,sheriff, or screw! We all have a job to do and we should all RESPECT the jobs that others do. Remember whether anyone agrees or not a C/O IS considered a Law Enforcement officer in the eyes of the state of Mass. If you've worked there before and have reservations or dislike why not give some good advice to help the individuals on the job instead of shi**ing on them and telling them to leave!!! Most patrolman on the job today came from the DOC or the likes. We all started somewhere!! Remember to be safe no matter where you work and respect the others whom work around you!Have a little respect for someone who has to work around all the sh*t bags in the state every day, someone who has to supervise(babysit) the sh*t bags and are outnumbered 25-100 to 1 without a weapon or means of defending themselves except to rely on your personal training and fellow officers. RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY..........
