I spent 100 hours training as a part timer, and only 24 at a totaly new department when I went full time a year later. So, if all you can get is part time, take it. that is if you really want to dispatch. Its not a great job. Pay isnt great, not very rewarding, and you dont pick when you get to fuck-off at work... |
