Ladies and Gentlemen, Any comments pro or con about the Faulkner Hospital Security Dept is greatly appreciated.

I have filled in their a couple of times on a per diem basis and am thinking about taking a regular weekend shift.

The staff and supervisors seem to be very professional.

Thanks

I worked there back in the late 90s. Is F.Frey still there and is T.Rhines still the director? Its not a bad place to work, you will wrestle with a phyco now and again.

i work across the street from the faulkner, its a nice campus and a nice stup I dont know how busy you would be in JP but, I don know they have some detox houses on the property and Ive run into a couple of the clients befor wandering around. Also, I wonder how busy there ER is....I mean its a boston ER but, I wonder if BEMS just shoots by there and drops all the sidewalk charlies on BIDMC. Looks like a nice place to work

There's actually a guy on this board who used to work there in the early 90's. They had an old 4 door sedan with 2 bubble lights like the cop cars did in the "Blues Brothers" movie.

Well one day this chap (who will remain nameless by the way but HE knows who HE is!) is out on Center Street, pulling cars over via C90 which he does not posess. The local Boston cop just happens by and chews him a second hole from which he can deficate.

Long story short, he left soon after but subsequently resurrected his once promising LE career way out West. End of story. HC
