Uniform Hat

Where can I buy a police uniform hat? Is there an online store that carries them? What is the name of brand and preferred style of departments?

Thanks
Shawn

They're sold at any police uniform/supply store. The style depends on whatever is approved by a particular department, like the 8-point, for example.

Shawn,

What are you looking for a uniform hat for? I'm just curious. Do you work for a department?

Posted by: Southside

No, for my uniform in the academy.

The only time you need a police style hat in the academy is for photo's and graduation, other than that it's a sweaty ball-cap for 21 weeks. Which brings me to a good question.... What are you going to wear for a uniform for graduation? the dept that sponsored you?

Posted by: Southside

Yes,

I was told by other self sponsors that you just put the patch of the department that sponsored you on the uniform. That's cool that I can wait then for the hat. I already bought everything else so at least I have gotten most of that stuff out of the way. Now I wait.

Thanks all for the info.
