We no longer send new officers to the SSPO. Officer will now attend academy training in either Lowell or Reading.

Do your homework. Go on line. Ask a friend who went here. Nothing burns the people doing the interviews more then when the person that is getting interviewed has no idea about the college. Oh....and don't lie on your application.

Thanks for the advice, I got info on the school and got asked back for a second interview. Oh and no lies whatsoever.

How long has Salem State been going to the full time MPOC?

Posted by: SouthSideCobras

Will the current Salem State Officers be given the option of F/T MPOC training?

Just started. We haven't hired anyone without an academy since the last group went through with SSPO #14 in 2003. The new hires are going through MPOC as of 2006.
