Actually the State Schools now Pay $563.31. But as we all now, shit pay is still shit.... 563 over 498 just stinks a little less...

the pay may be lousy, but look on the good side... as hard as the job market here in mass goes, thats 2 more police jobs available for those that need a job!

Last rumor was that they have already given the jobs to two pink slipped guys out of town!! sucks to be one of those who need or better yet want this job!!!

Just a rumor tnt. No one has been hired yet. In fact, the application deadline was March 1st and the review process hasn't even started yet, let alone schedule interviews. The real rumor is that several full academy trained folks have applied; in fact a couple of those are currently in the Weymouth Academy which is due to graduate on March 12th. If you applied for the position(s), hang in there.
