I'm in the process of loading up my MP3 player (sort of like a walkman tape player for the old guys) for working out....What is your favorite music to listen to while working out?

To date I've loaded up with some 80's AC/DC, Foreigner, Kiss, Monster Magnet, Molly Foreigner, White Zombie, Judas Priest, and some old Airborne and Ranger cadence loops (notice a trend)

Man it used to be so easy, now I'm "old", fat, and just plain hurting, this sucks...

Godsmack, Disturbed, System of a Down, Metallica, Limp Bizkit....ya know, your typical frat boy rock. I like the heavier stuff, it gets me pumped!!!

well you beat me to it, some kid rock, korn, hate breed, most of that genre. just put it on random and go!
