A little bit off topic, but in Bedford, MA the VA also has their Mail Order Pharmacy for the East Coast. And a small Nursing home type VA Facility exists at Bedford.

I know that the Bedford VA cops use the federal magistrate court on Hanscom Air Force Base. The same court is also used by the Air Force cops, and the federal park rangers from Minuteman National Park.

I work close by to the Whiteriver VA. Call Windsor PD 802-674-2112 and ask for John Richardson. He is a part timer at WPD and works full time for the VA in Whiteriver, supposedly. He should be able to help you out.
