Look at www.masslaw.com which updates SJC and reported Appeals Court cases every day. It is searchable, but the search engine is awful. The slip opinions are not updated to include their citations (that is the book and page they get in a reporter, e.g. 423 Mass. 176.) but it is free.

Also, www.socialaw.com updates SJC and Appeals Court cases daily and submitted superior court opinions from time to time. Click on "slips" on the homepage to get to these opinions. It too lacks citations.
