Campus Police Officer

A Campus Police Officer position is available in the FSC Police Department. Candidates must posses a High School diploma, a valid Mass driver’s license, FID card or license to carry firearms. Applicants must be able to pass a rigorous background investigation, including a criminal record check, and must be eligible for appointment as a Special State Police Officer under MGL 22C Sec 63. The selected candidate must be able to complete the next Massachusetts Special State Police Academy to remain in the position. Reserve Intermittent Academy in combination with education, training and experience that will quality for appointment as a State Police Special Officer is acceptable. Graduates of the Massachusetts Special State Police and/or full time Municipal Police Academy are preferred.
Salary: $541.90 weekly before training and $563.31 weekly after training plus excellent fringe benefits.
