Back in early February one of my fellow officer made an arrest for OUI (1st Offense) of a 36 year old female. She and her male passenger were legless. She blew a 2.0 and was claimimg only to have a had a couple of beers. She pled and got a year probation & entered a program etc....

Yesterday I was talking to a buddy of mine that actually knows this female. She claimed that the reason she failed the BT was because she had given a hummer to her male (married to another woman) passenger and had consumed the alcohol filled baby batter. Well when I heard this I about fell off of my chair. My buddy tried to explain to her thats not how it works but she swears that is how it happened.

I thought you all might enjoy this one.
