I will starting the academy in 2 weeks. Can anybody tell me what to expect as far as PT? I have been running and have an attainable goal of 5 miles, @ a 9 min. pace. Aside from the long distance running, what specifically should I focus on for the next 2 1/2 weeks? How is the typical day structured? Ie, PT, classes PT, lunch, classes, etc?

As far as PT just go with the flow, your main focus should be NOT being an individual, especially in that academy!!! Your missing out not having Majenski, great guy tough PT.
