A former Edinboro University student, who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a male student with a sexual device while two others held him down, could be classified as a sexually violent predator.
Urlene Boisette, 25, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty Monday to one count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and criminal conspiracy to commit sexual assault.
A hearing will be held June 26 to determine whether she should be considered a sexually violent predator under Megan's Law.
No sentencing date has been set.
Boisette and two men from the Pittsburgh area, Tyrell Ware and Marlon Gunn, assaulted an 18-year-old man April 20 in an Edinboro University's Shafer Hall because they mistakenly believed he had given police information about their drug activity.
Charges against Ware and Gunn are pending
