I apologize if I was incorrect, however on the MPTC website, if you click on the New Bedford Schedule, they do list Basic Reserve. However it is run through the Fairhaven Police Department, so I'm assuming that's what you mean? I interpreted it as being under New Bedford, but just run through the other department.
