I was wondering if anyone had information (aside from whats on the websites) about these departments, pay scale, quinn bill, activity, detail rate, etc.

Don't know much about Westborough, but I have an old friend at Northborough PD. They are accredited, very well paid and they have Quinn Bill. I believe most of activity would be proactive. I don't have any idea of the current climate in the department, I haven't talked to anyone in quite a while.

Northboro just lost one guy to Boston PD and is down another slot, they will be hiring soon. I have heard nothing but good things regarding how NPD officers are treated by the Town and Department.
