I remember the days when I used to work LAW ENFORCEMENT. Now I work PUBLIC SAFETY. Anyone need a lollipop? Unfortunately, that is not the case here in Los Angeles. The police commission is the governing body of the police department and they have the final say about these things. Since they have ruled the shooting "out of policy," the chief now has to dish out some type of discipline. We'll see how he handles it. |
