Looking for some info from agencies who are using software for scheduling and tracking of vacation time, etc. Particularly, larger departments with complicated schedule rotations. Thanks for any info.

We use QED for some of our scheduling. I would suggest something else.

We use MS Access for our details and it works great. It wouldn't be hard for an advanced user to set up an Access database to do what you want.
