The Town of Sturbridge will be accepting applications for the position of full time police officer(s). In addition to the requisite skills necessary to perform as a full time police officer candidates must possess the following skills, duties, responsibilities, education and minimum qualifications: ability to problem solve, work with little or no supervision, write complex reports efficiently and on time, possess a high degree of service and community oriented policing skills and be a graduate of the basic full time Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council Academy or equivalent. College degree, and prior full time experience preferred. Deadline for applications is February 15, 2006 @ 10:00 am.
