Can any of the DOC Officers on here let me know how the IBCO. They are looking to come into my department and I don't really know much about them.

I would go with MASSCOPS I have found so fare they have reps all over the state and when you need them there there quick.

Many law enforcement groups are forming their own independent local associations as opposed to joining these national organizations.

Slightly off-topic: MA DOC guys; I'm curious, do all of the security staff (CO's I, Sgts. Lts. Capt.) use MCOFU, or do the higher ranking Officers have their own unions?
